I am a stay at homeschool mom. I am joyfully married to my highschool sweetheart and we are blessed with four great kids ages 13, 11, 9, an 6. We live in Florida. My husband teaches karate and is a scout leader at our church, and we are priveledged to have our kids in baseball, and homeschool co-op. We love sci-fi, fantasy, and musicals. My husband and I love Disney and are blessed to be able to share a year with our kids with seasonal passes that were given to us by my parents as their retirement gift to us. I am very excited to plan field trips throughout the year and share them here with you.
MONDAY-10/29
Breakfast: bagels-n- cream cheese, o.j./milk
Lunch: mac-n-cheese,cut up hot dogs
Snack: granola bars
Dinner: fast food (Veggie Tale's movie screening)
TUESDAY-10/30-Bake Day
Breakfast: Publix whole wheat waffles, turkey sausage links, milk
Lunch: cold cut sandwiches
Snack: yogurt parfait (vanilla yogurt w/layers of fruit & ganola)
Dinner: chicken chow mein with brown rice
WEDNESDAY-10/31-Crockpot (park day)
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, whole wheat blueberry muffins
Lunch: cheese tortellini w/sundried tomato pesto
Snack: fruit n cheese
Dinner: Chili with brown rice
THURSDAY-11/1
Breakfast: cereal and milk
Lunch: chili cheese fries (leftover chil:)
Snack: milk and cookies
Dinner: baked potato bar
FRIDAY-11/2
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: p.b.j's
Snack: popcorn
Dinner: spaghetti bake
SATURDAY-11/3
Breakfast: egg mc'mommy's
Lunch: cream cheese and jelly panini's
Snack: whatever
Dinner: picadillo(latin style ground turkey), brown rice, beans, fried plantains
SUNDAY-11/4-Planner Day (homeschool & household)
Breakfast: cereal, milk
Lunch: Sam's Club pizza
Snack: chips-n-salsa
Dinner: quesadillas (cheese or filled with leftover meat)
